Hello, I'm Rachel

I love of travelling, and the company of other midlife women I've hosted on my retreats, so I decided to create Rachel's Retreat Holidays - the perfect combination of the freedom of a holiday but with the inclusive feeling of a retreat.

Our 'soft' structure allows you to engage as much or as little as you choose, and our groups are limited to a maximum of 8 women.​
