"a gift of time  & space to nourish your soul."

Join our Midlife Womens Retreat for a
Magical Time of Transformation
in the Heart of France

 October 2025
Fources,  Occitanie,  France

"Midlife is a Rite of Passage and should be honoured as such.

This important stage in a woman's life needs the gift of time and space to allow her to Reflect, Regenerate and Re-emerge stronger and wiser.."

Imagine escaping by yourself, yet being welcomed into the company of a small group of midlife women, all with the same desire to share space and time exploring their journeys, rediscovering themselves and moving forwards with renewed purpose.

A profound shedding of old forms, a period of stillness and struggle, and an eventual emergence into a more vibrant and authentic state of being - the dragonfly's flight represents the freedom, wisdom, and lightness that can come from embracing this transformation, as the woman, too, learns to spread her wings and soar into the next chapter of her life."

And what a space!

This glorious house literally takes your breath away - it's like stepping into Paradise.

Filled with natural light, and a comfortable, yet luxurious feel, it sits in beautiful parkland next to the vineyards, making it the perfect place for you to explore and spend time reconnecting with yourself in nature far away from the distractions of daily life.

What's special about this retreat?

It's intentionally small with a maximum of 6 guests - plus your two hosts - Rachel and Amanda - who both made major changes at midlife and will share their experiences to guide you on your own personal journey through this auspicious time.

The retreat has been purposefully planned to allow you the freedom to embrace the different stages of this transformative process in your own time.

Therefore, instead of structured workshops, we protect an interval of time each day to invite you to come together with us to share stories, discussions and pieces of writing to inform, inspire and guide you with your journey.

These informal discussions will take place over delicious meals, during walks in nature or when gathered in a women's circle in the garden, and will address the profound changes we experience during midlife, using tools like journaling to support this time of reflection, shedding our old identities, and embracing new possibilities.

Let's imagine your typical day:

You start your day with a slow mindful movement session in the garden, followed by an exhilarating dip in the pool. Then coming together around the table on the terrace for a typical daily French breakfast of crusty french bread and freshly baked croissants with local preserves, fresh fruit, yogurt and juices.

Over this leisurely breakfast with plenty of delicious fresh coffee, we'll enjoy the first of our guided conversations around midlife and share some tools for you access in your own time.

Continue your day, losing yourself in the beautiful gardens, settle under the shade of a tree overlooking the vineyards, or walk or rent a bicycle and venture into nearby Fources regarded as one of the most beautiful medieval villages in France.

In between meal times and group gatherings, the remainder of the day is yours to spend time relaxing in nature or curled up by the pool enjoying that book you never have time to read. Or put pen to paper and settle into some journaling.

The choice is yours. Enjoy soaking up the atmosphere of the beautiful space provided, and the freedom to start your journey of transformation.

The powerful synergy  of the Dragonfly’s transformation beautifully captures the essence of a woman’s midlife passage.

This rich metaphor allows us to use this valuable time to weave together themes of growth, self-discovery, and emergence.
