Because Rachel, the founder of Soul Sisters Community Retreats and Jane, a professional therapist, have designed their Moving through Divorce retreat especially with you in mind.
Jane worked as a counsellor for many years before training as a Transformational Life Coach specialising in supporting Mid-Life women on their positive journeys forward, particularly those who are thinking about leaving a relationship or recently divorced, to move forward with manageable baby steps.

With a Mindful Movement session to start the day, we balance our time between short workshops, group discussions, private reflection and journaling to empower you to take the next steps and transform your life. There are definitely a few tears along the way, but also plenty of laughter.
